I just want to say Fadelah the results coordinator in Barking Community Hopsital was excellent. A wicked sense of humour, she really made my day which is weird considering she gave me some rubbish news. She made me feel very comfortable and has been the best person I’ve ever spoken to in regards to sexual health. There needs to be more people like her when someone is getting their results!!! Thank you for everything today I really appreciate it.

I have never been treated by such kind and compassionate staff. They really made the whole experience much more comfortable and helped me receive treatment so quickly. I highly recommend.

I did wait 30minutues from my appointment time but this wasn’t much of an issue for me as I managed to get an appointment the same day I called.

My doctor was amazing. She made me laugh knowing I was scared of taking my implant out. She was really informative about what I should do next. Honestly if I could make sure I get her everytime I would. Especially compared to my last doctor who put it in in Nottingham. Please tell her I said thank you, and to take care
